Information and notices required to be furnished to Hongkong Post under the Post Office Ordinance may be submitted to the Postmaster General through e-mail at hkpo@hkpo.gov.hk.

We welcome any comments or suggestions on the postal service. There may be occasions when, despite our best efforts, we are unable to meet our targets. In such cases you have a right to a full and prompt explanation.
