Remarks

A. All postal services to the localities of Huambo, Kuito, Luena, Mbanza-Congo, Menongue, N'dalatando and Uige are temporarily suspended.

E. Express delivery service is only available for unregistered air letter-post items only.
F. Maximum weight limit for books posting to Canada as printed papers up to 2kg. No signature of the addressee is required for the delivery of parcels. Full name and address for both sender and addressee, specific description, quality and value of contents (with currency unit), and country of origin of goods must be provided on the mail to Canada. Please avoid declaring the goods with generic words, such as “DOCUMENT”, “GIFT”, “SAMPLE”, “ACCESSORIES” or “PERSONAL ITEMS” . Failure to comply with the requirements will result in the return of item.
G. All mail items must bear a clear post office box number.
H. Surface letter and parcel services are temporarily suspended. Air letter and parcel services are available to all places except Bardai.
I. Air parcels to Mainland, China will be airlifed to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou for China Post's onward transmission to the destinations by air, road or other mode of transport.
J. For parcels liable to customs duties or requiring import licences, two additional non-adhesive customs forms (Pos 401C) are required.
K. Gift parcels should not weigh more than 10 kg.
L. All postal services are temporarily suspended except ordinary air letter and registered air letter containing personal correspondence.
M. Maximum weight limit for books is 2kg.
N. Weight limit for air mail items is 2 kg, for air parcels is 10 kg. Surface letter and parcel services are temporarily suspended.
O. Express service to Mozambique is temporarily suspended.
P. Delivery to private post office box address only. No door to door delivery service.
Q. All postal services to the localities of Arawa, Buin, Kieta and Panguna in Bougainville Island are temporarily suspended.
R. By air to Auckland thence by surface.
S. All postal services are temporarily suspended except ordinary and registered air letter mail to Berbera, Borama, Burao and Hargeisa.
T. By air to Johannesburg thence by surface.
U. By air to Vancouver thence by surface.
V. All parcel services to the localities of Waw, Rimbik, Yaroul, Tonj, Auil, Qarqarial and Raja in the Bahr El-Ghazrl region are temporarily suspended.
