Latest arrangements for Hongkong Post services

To strike a balance between the public demand for postal service and the need to reduce the epidemic from further spreading in the community as far as possible under the current epidemic development, Hongkong Post will, based on the established arrangement, suspend delivery service for four days to buildings included in a compulsory testing notice published in the Gazette.

As for Tuen Mun District, where the epidemic is relatively severe, mail delivery service to some of the buildings may be affected and lead to delays. Hongkong Post apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Hongkong Post will keep abreast of the epidemic situation and make timely adjustments. For enquiry, please call the Hongkong Post enquiry hotline at 2921 2222.
