Senders must present the physical mail sample for obtaining written approval prior to printing and posting, at our designated post offices* for accepting irregular-shape circular mail.

Some shapes are more susceptible to damage than others. Some examples of shapes that are not accepted are:

  • Long ‘tails’ (likely to bend or break off during mail carriage);
  • Shapes that are likely to become entangled with other mail articles;
  • Shapes with sharp and/or pointed edges that could cause injury to people or damage to other postal articles; or
  • Shapes that is too odd to cause difficulty in counting, transporting and delivering.
Indicia: Place the indicia on the right hand top corner of your circular. If the upper part of your circular is too narrow, the indicia could be placed at the top area of the circular.
Make-up:
  • Mail with open ends should apply adhesive stickers to close the edges.
  • Content of mail must be evenly distributed.
  • No exposed perforation to avoid any damage.
