Notes

  1. Guided tour (approximately 1.5 hour) in Cantonese is provided in Central Mail Centre. Only one visiting session is scheduled each day for Central Mail Centre (10:45 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 10:45 a.m. on Saturday).
  2. Visitors must be 8 years old or above (studying primary 3 or above).
  3. The minimum and maximum number of guided tour at Central Mail Centre is confined to 10 and 25 respectively, including the accompanying teachers/staff.
  4. Visitor quotas are in place. To make your application more efficient, please call the Management Services Division of Hongkong Post on 2120 2652/ 2120 2653 and submit the application form (PRS002-F) only upon confirmation of availability of the time slot. You may submit the application form via below methods:
    • Filling in the E-form;
    • Email to apply_to_siteVisit@hkpo.gov.hk;
    • Fax to 2869 9519;
    • By post to "Management Services Division, 6/F, Hongkong Post Building, 8 Wang Kee Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon"
    • Submit in-person (Office address same as the mailing address above)
  5. Only availabilities for visits to the Central Mail Centre are shown. Time slots available for visits to individual post offices depend on opening hours. For details, please contact Management Services Division of Hongkong Post on 2120 2652/ 2120 2653 for enquires.
  6. No visits will be scheduled on public holidays and throughout the peak postal periods.
  7. Schools/organisations should arrange their own transportation as parking facilities are not provided in the centre.
