What should members of the Legislative Council or District Councils pay attention to when sending exempted circular mail?
The application form submitted for posting shall be stamped with the chop of the office of the Member. Also, the name of the Member or his/her office shall be stated clearly on the circular mail so that the recipients could identify the sender.
