What can I do when there is discrepancy on the number of units between the time for submitting application and the time of posting?

The alternative measures include:

  1. Revise the posting quantity according to the updated unit number of their selected building/area(s) and adjust the postage amount accordingly for making payment;
  2. If the updated unit number is lower than the originally selected quantity and they wish to maintain the same payment amount as prepared, they can choose to deliver the surplus items to nearby building as specified or the building to be determined by our counter staff if they wish; or
  3. If the updated unit number is higher than the originally selected quantity and they wish to maintain the same payment amount as prepared, they can select the building for cutting down the distribution quantity at the time of posting.
