In accordance with the Universal Postal Union regulations, it is necessary for us to confirm and calculate the return charges for any parcel which cannot be delivered abroad. A notification card will be issued to the sender, informing him/her of the collection of the parcel concerned at a designated post office upon payment of the charges.
