What is the refund arrangement of Postage Label Vending Machine or iPostal Kiosk if the postage labels could not be printed properly?

Refund arrangement:

  Paid by Digital Wallet (Alipay, Wechat Pay, Union Pay, BoC Pay) Paid by Octopus or Fast Payment System ("FPS")

Refund amount is HK$20 or below

Refund to Digital Wallet

(If the payment could not be returned to the Digital Wallet, Hongkong Post will refund the equivalent amount of face value of stamps.)

 Refund by the equivalent amount of face value of stamps

Refund amount is above HK$20

Refund to Digital Wallet

(If the payment could not be returned to the Digital Wallet, Hongkong Post will refund by cheque.)

 Refund by cheque
