Photo-taking is confined to floor and unit numbers of delivery addresses. If capturing photos of the floor and unit numbers of a delivery address is not feasible, the postman will take photos of other locations that can clearly demonstrate arrival at the delivery point to serve as records of door delivery, such as concierge areas of buildings equipped with smart lifts, public letterboxes, or intercom screens displaying the floor and unit numbers at delivery addresses. These photos will not contain any personally identifiable information and the photo-taking procedure therefore does not involve the collection of personal data.
