After the mail items are ready for recipients’ collection, HKP will issue a SMS to the mobile phone number of the recipient. Using the password included in the SMS, the recipient can collect mail item at the selected iPostal Station or post office within the specified period stated in the SMS.
If sender chooses an iPostal Station for collection, enter the password that provided in the SMS at the iPostal Station.
If sender chooses a post office for collection, present or quote the password that provided in the collection SMS to our counter staff.
