FAQ
What is the compensation arrangement for the loss of inward e-Express+ items (i.e. item number generally prefixed with letter L)?
- In the event that an item is lost during the course of delivery, the enquiry should be made by the sender with the postal administration of the origin.
- If the item is confirmed lost, the postal administration of origin may, where applicable, arrange compensation to the sender in accordance with its terms and conditions of the corresponding service. The postal administration of origin will handle the case in accordance with the Universal Postal Convention or any applicable agreements duly signed. - To facilitate follow-up on the mail status, the addressees are recommended to request the senders to raise enquiries or claims (if applicable) with postal administration of the origin.
