In [My profile] > [Hongkong Post Account] > [Comprehensive Deposit Account], you can click "CDA Association" on the left and then enter the your CDA number and the activation code.
The activation code is provided by Hongkong Post and has been mailed to you before. If you didn't receive or lost the code, please contact hkpo@hkpo.gov.hk.
