In [My profile] > [Hongkong Post Account] > [Pemit Account], you can click "Permit Association" on the left and then enter the your permit number and the activation code.
The activation code is provided by Hongkong Post and has been mailed to you before. If you didn't receive or lost the code, please contact hkpo@hkpo.gov.hk.
