How can senders segregate e-Express Service to the US items?

As usual, a sender enters information such as the sender’s and recipient’s name, address, estimated weight, etc. However, he is also required to specify a valid ZIP code in the recipient’s address field. Unless a valid ZIP code is specified, a shipping label cannot be generated on EC-Ship.

EC-Ship will refer to the first digit of the ZIP code (e.g. 10994), and assign a mail item to an applicable Office of Exchange of the US:
EC-Ship

Afterwards, he should segregate mail items according to the city (Office of Exchange) names printed on shipping labels, e.g. ‘1-JFK’ or ‘2-LAX’. To facilitate processing by HKP’s staff, mail items of the same cities (Offices of Exchange) may be contained in a box or bag.
