The “Partnership with the Post” Scheme, implemented by Hongkong Post in collaboration with housing estates/property management companies, enables residents to collect undelivered large-sized ordinary mail items at the security counter of their own building. This saves residents the hassle of travelling to and from the post office for mail collection.

Participation in the Scheme is on a housing estate/ building basis. If individual households do not wish the management office to receive or store their mail items , they may contact the management office to make alternative arrangements.

The workflow of the Scheme is as follows:

  1. Postmen will hand over the undelivered large-sized ordinary mail items to the staff at the security counter.
  2. The staff at the security counter will record the items and place notification cards in the letterboxes of residents.
  3. Residents can present their notification cards at the security counter to collect their mail items.
