An online booking service have been launched to assist people in need to choose in advance the date, time slot and any of the 18 designated post offices for paying a visit for the service regarding the handling of non-local vaccination record and non-local recovery record at designated post offices. Persons aged under 18 or persons with a disability can authorise a person to register on their behalf.

Declaration arrangements for non-local COVID-19 vaccination record

Members of the public who are holders of non-local vaccination records can register their non-local vaccination records with the Government through voluntary declaration.

As for inbound travellers already present in Hong Kong, they can declare their non-local vaccination record at 18 designated post offices with assistance from the staff free of charge. An applicant will need to complete the declaration form and present the original copies of his or her identity document and non-local vaccination record for the purpose of declaration. Upon completion of the declaration, vaccination record QR code for local use will be issued.

Declaration arrangements for non-local recovery record

For those who are already in Hong Kong, they may declare their non-local recovery record at the 18 designated post offices. These persons are required to complete a declaration form, and present their identity document in original and the infection or recovery record issued or recognised by the relevant health authorities of the place concerned. They will be issued with a recovery record QR code upon successful declaration at the designated post offices.
