Hongkong Post is collaborating with Tradelink, one of the appointed service providers by the Government, to provide Paper Trade Declaration Service at 26 designated post offices in order to facilitate traders to submit paper trade declaration forms to the Government in electronic form. Paper trade declaration forms are obtainable from Tradelink counters of the 26 designated post offices and downloadable from Tradelink website. Paper-to-electronic Conversion Service
Tradelink takes care of all our customers with different needs including those, for whatever reasons, cannot use the direct electronic means to submit trade compliance documents to the Hong Kong Government. We provide paper-to-electronic conversion services to these customers.
Convenient Network Coverage
Paper trade declaration forms submitted to the 26 designated post offices will be processed via Tradelink and transferred to the Government on the same day*.
*Properly completed Tradelink paper trade declaration forms and submitted before 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, or 12:00 noon Saturday (excluding public holidays and days when typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm warning or “extreme condition” are in force) will be converted into electronic message and submitted to the Government on the same day.
Forms submitted after the cut-off time will be transmitted to the Government on the next working day (exclude Sundays and Public Holidays).
