With our "EC Post" service, Speedpost account customers can now enjoy a special rate for sending items weighing 2kg or less to designated zip code areas within Chinese Mainland. The service best suits eCommerce traders to expand their online business in new markets at minimal cost.
EC Post Service Rates
*Destinations outside Guangdong Province include: Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Shandong and Tianjin.
Urgent items can be delivered within 4-10 working days, thereby speeding up the whole transaction process and facilitating a flexible cash flow for sellers.
Simply login to My Speedpost to complete and submit the dedicated posting form (Pos918)* and Customs forms via the Internet. What's more, urgent items can be posted conveniently at over 119 post offices (except mobile post offices) throughout the territory. Customers sending 20 or more "EC Post" items can also use our pick-up service.
Same as other Speedpost services, "EC Post" service offers around-the-clock online tracking to facilitate you to check the latest status of your shipment.

Note:
- Applicable to Speedpost account customers only.
- Items sent through "EC Post" can be delivered in 4-10 working days. No compensation or refund of postage will be payable for delivery delays.
- The maximum weight limit is 2kg and the size limit is length 1.5m, length and girth combined 3m. For sending items weighing above 2kg, please use Speedpost Standard Service.
- Pick-up service is only available for sending 20 or more "EC Post" items.The maximum weight limit per each item is 2kg. Posting over the counter is required if the quantity is less than 20.
- * Speedpost account customers are required to login My Speedpost to fill in and print the EC Post service posting form (Pos918). If customers have used the Speedpost service posting form (Pos460), then the item will be charged at Speedpost rates.
- It is recommended to print the posting forms by laser printer to facilitate barcode scanning by Hongkong Post's computer system. If the barcodes on the posting forms fail to be read by the computer system upon item acceptance, the item may not be processed further.
- Sundays, public holidays, and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above are hoisted are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.
- Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic.
- Each posting item will only bear a dedicated item number.
