1. Question: Which customers are eligible to participate in this promotion?

Answer: This promotion is applicable only to customers who have not opened Speedpost accounts. Posting transactions of Speedpost account holders are not eligible for this promotion.

Answer: From November 17, 2025, to February 13, 2026.

3. Question: How can Speedpost customers enjoy the offer?

Answer: From 17 November 2025 to 13 February 2026, non-account customers who post Speedpost items to seven designated destinations (including Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Kingdom) and, upon successfully completing the posting, complete a simple registration at Hongkong Post website on or before 21 February 2026 are entitled to the offers.

4. Question: Why are the privileges only applicable to urgent items sent by Speedpost service to selected destinations, but not to other destinations?

Answer: Speedpost has always provided different offers to repatriate customers who have supported Speedpost for a long time. This promotion is currently piloted in selected destinations; if customer response is satisfactory, we will consider expanding to more destinations so that more customers can benefit.

5. Question: Are all Speedpost service purchases eligible for this promotion?

Answer: "Multipack Box Offer", "EC-Post " and "Economy Express" services are not applicable to this offer.

Answer: Yes.

8. Question: When does the registration for this promotion close?

Answer: The registration deadline is February 21, 2026.

9. Question: Is there an expiration date for the e-vouchers?

Answer: All e-vouchers are valid until 30 June 2026, and each can only be used once.

10. Question: How do participants receive the e-voucher?

Answer: Participants are required to register the mail items eligible for this promotion at the Speedpost website on or before 21 February 2026 in order to get the exclusive HK$50 e-vouchers. The e-vouchers will be sent to the eligible customers via email in about one to three working days after registration.

11. Question: How can customers redeem the e-voucher?

Answer: Customers can enjoy a HK$50 discount by presenting the e-voucher on a subsequent visit when posting Speedpost items at post offices to any of the designated destinations, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Please note that the e-voucher is not applicable to Speedpost account holders, or for "Multipack Box Offer", "EC-Post" and "Economy Express" services.

12. Question: How is the pick-up service fee waiver arranged?

Answer: Customers have to pay for the pick-up service as usual and the payment will be refunded by cheque in about two months after the end of this promotion.
