Speedpost Festive Privileges

Terms and conditions:

1. By participating in this promotion program, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will render a participant disqualified from this promotion program.
2. This promotion is applicable only to the customers who have not opened a Speedpost account. Posting transactions of Speedpost account holders are not eligible for this promotion.
3. This promotion is applicable only to Speedpost items posted to seven designated Speedpost destinations, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Kingdom, during the promotional period from 17 November 2025 to 13 February 2026.
4. This promotion is not applicable to Multipack Box Offer, EC Post and Economy Express Service.
5. Online registration of Speedpost discount e-voucher:
   • Customers are required to register the mail items eligible for this promotion at the Speedpost website on or before 21 February 2026. The e-vouchers will be sent to the eligible registered customers via email in about one to three working days after registration.
   • Terms for using the Speedpost discount e-voucher:
     1. The e-voucher is applicable only to customers who have not opened Speedpost accounts and have successfully registered for this promotion.
     2. The e-voucher is applicable only to the Speedpost items posted to the seven designated destinations, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
     3. The e-voucher is applicable only to the Speedpost items posted at post offices. All other posting channels including mobile post offices, "iPostal Kiosk" automated posting service and pick-up service are not applicable.
     4. Multipack Offer, Economy Express, EC Post and other Hongkong Post services are not applicable.
     5. Customers must present the e-voucher upon posting of the eligible Speedpost item in order to obtain the HK$50 discount
     6. All e-vouchers are valid until 30 June 2026, and each can only be used once. Each eligible Speedpost item is entitled to only one e-voucher redemption.
     7. The e-voucher will be forfeited instantly after redemption.
     8. If the postage refund is incurred due to lost/damaged mail/delivery delay for the mail item having used the e-voucher, the postage privilege of HK$50 shall be deducted from the compensation amount.
     9. The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or benefit in kind.
     10. The e-voucher cannot be used on paying other Hongkong Post services and purchasing Hongkong Post postal stationery.
     11. The e-voucher is not applicable to mail items using Speedpost account for settlement of payment.
     12. The e-voucher cannot be used for paying the pick-up service fee.
     13. The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
6. Online registration of free pick-up service:
   • Customers are required to register the mail items eligible for this promotion at the Speedpost website on or before 21 February 2026.
   • Terms for using the free pick-up service:
     1. Customers have to pay for the pick-up service as usual and the payment will be refunded by cheque in about two months after the end of this promotion.
     2. Free pick-up service is not applicable to Speedpost items weighing 5 kg or less. A fee of HK$75 per item applies when posting items weighing 5 kg or less with pick-up service. If an item is found to weigh less than 5 kg upon collection, the free pick-up service for that transaction will be void. Please note that the pick-up service is not available for some addresses. 7. The posting information provided by the customer in this online platform does not mean that relevant mail item is eligible to this promotion program. Hongkong Post will verify the eligibility of the registered mail items to the promotion, and has the discretion to withhold any privileges of the registered mail items. All the posting data used for calculation of the respective reward will be based on the record of Hongkong Post.
8. The posting transactions registered are not transferable to another registered customer and cannot be modified thereafter.
9. If a customer registers for the promotion multiple times, they must ensure that the information provided (including name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number) matches that provided in previous registrations.
10. If a registered customer is subsequently disqualified or found to be ineligible for this promotion program, Hongkong Post reserves the right to withhold the privileges, or reclaim it if already given, and award or dispose of the privileges in such manner and to such person as Hongkong Post deems fit.
11. Any item rejected for posting by Hongkong Post or any other government departments or being the subject of a dispute between Hongkong Post and a customer is not eligible for this promotion program. All posting records should be based on the final records kept by Hongkong Post.
12. Hongkong Post reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this promotion program without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hongkong Post shall be final.
