Sorting Office Assistant
Major Responsibilities:
- To perform manual sorting and mail handling duties;
- To assist in facing and collection of mail;
- To perform general clerical duties; and
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 3, or equivalent; and
- Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard.
Location of Work:
- Tuen Mun/ Fanling/ Tung Chung/ Kowloon Bay/ Yau Ma Tei/ Tsim Sha Tsui, as well as other regions in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories

Hours of Work:
- The basic working hours are 18-36 hours per week, the basic working days are 5 days per week (excluding meal break).

Terms of Appointment:
- The successful candidate(s) will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for twelve months. Subject to operational needs, employees with good performance may have the opportunity for contract renewal after completion of the first contract.
Fringe Benefits:
- Rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted on terms not less favourable than the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
