Dear Customers,

e-Express Service Resumption on Key Destinations

Thank you for using our e-Express service.

The service to Germany and the service to certain areas of the East Coast of the United States will be reopened on 7 August 2020. Destinations with e-Express service currently available are listed below:

Continent Destination

Asia

 China, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam
North America

United States

(only to areas in the East Coast with postcodes 40000-69999, 74000-79999, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and partial areas of Oklahoma and Washington D.C.; and

Only to areas in the West Coast with postcodes 81300 – 93999, including Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, as well as partial areas of California and Colorado)
Central and South America Mexico
Europe Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom

e-Express items posted to areas of the US other than those with the postcodes 40000-69999, 74000-79999, and 81300 -93999 may not be processed by the United States Postal Service and as a result postage refund will not be made. Notwithstanding this, destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

Hongkong Post would continue to keep close communication with airlines for air space supply and also destination postal administrations on processing inbound mails with a view to resuming the service to more destinations.
