29 March 2021 Dear Customers, Postage Revision on International Mail Service Thank you for using our International Mail services. Effective from 1 April 2021 (Thursday), the postage rates of iMail, Bulk Air Mail, Bulk Posting of Lightweight Mail Items (Air and Surface), Parcel (Air and Surface) and International Periodicals services will be revised. Due to the substantial increase in air and surface conveyance costs arising from sustained pandemic since early 2020, we have no other options but to adjust the postage. The postage revision also reflects the increase in delivery charges levied by overseas postal administrations and the operating costs. Hongkong Post would continue to keep close communication with airlines and shipping companies for the supply of air and surface allotment and also with the postal administrations at destinations to resume our services to more destinations. We strive to control the cost and continue to provide value-for-money and quality services to customers. Details of the new postage rates of the international mail services concerned are provided through the links or QR codes below.
